Have you heard about Giving Tuesday? Giving Tuesday is an international social media movement that encourages individuals and companies to donate to their chosen cause on Tuesday, November 27 which is the Tuesday following Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
This year, the SPCA West is collecting donations on this day to help make it though the winter. After the holidays, after giving to friends, to family, to co-workers, donations tend to die down.
At this time of the year, we need donations more than ever. Homeless pets freeze to death every winter because they are neglected and forgotten. We do not want to let that happen and want to continue to be able to run the shelter at full capacity and be able to accept any animal left out in the cold and give them a warm bed to sleep in.
This #GivingTuesday we present:
7 DAYS. 7 WAYS. 7 REASONS.
From November 20-27 the SPCA West will be presenting 7 Days of 7 Ways and 7 Reasons you can help the SPCA West in their mission to continue helping thousands of animals every year and to help improve animal rights in our province.
Let’s get the giving momentum going on Tuesday November 27, 2018. Let’s prepare ourselves for the cold frigid temperatures to come and warm our hearts with generosity and the love for animals.
